To place an Order or make an Advance Reservation fill in the information in the on-screen form below. You may then submit this form by email, fax or by bringing it to the store, as follows:
Submit via Email
When you have finished filling in the form do the following:
Click on the "Print" button. A new window will open with the completed Order/Reservation form displayed. A print dialog box will also open. To print a copy for yourself click the "Print" button. If you do not want to print a copy for yourself click on the Cancel button to close the Print dialog box. To copy the completed form into an email — from the Menu bar click on Edit + Select All to select the entire form. Open your email program, start a new email and set to HTML style. Click anywhere in the text area and then click on Paste. This copies the form into your email program. -
Enter "tomstrains@clearwire.net" in the "To" address and write "Order Form" as the Subject.
Click "Send" to send the order to us.
Submit via Fax
When you have finished filling in the form click on the "Print" button, then fax the sheet to us at 919-368-8611.
Bring to Store
When you have finished filling in the form click on the "Print" button, then drop off sheet to us on your next visit to the store.
Definitions
Information required per column in the Order Form:
Manufacturer or Mfr. No. Please provide either the manufacturer's name or the manufacturer's code (Walthers 3-digit code or Horizon Hobby 3-letter code).
Part No. This important item is the manufacturer's product number or catalog number.
Qty Please indicate the quantity required for each item. If this is left blank we will assume the quantity is one.
Description Important. Please provide a complete description of the item desired including, if applicable, the road name and road number.
Status and Rcvd Date For store use only, please.
Additional Information Enter any additional information you feel we should know, such as whether you wish us to Back Order (BO) any items if they are not currently in stock either in our store or the distributor. (We will automatically Back Order items unless you specify not to in this space.)
